The Royal Mail supports Polar Post in delivering your orders. We use a signed for service for all deliveries, both throughout the UK and internationally. 

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. 

You will receive a parcel tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched by our elves so you can keep up to date with its progress.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees and Polar Post hold no responsibility for these.

Delivery Times

We would love to be able to give you an exact time frame as to when your letter will be with you but magic is not a precise art and we know from past experience that our letters tend to come in big floods rather than little trickles.

What we will say is that we aim to have non-personalised orders out within two weeks of ordering and we ask that you allow a month for your letter to arrive. This may increase but we will keep you posted if that is the case. 

We always have an eye on International orders and are conscious of the need to dispatch those orders as promptly as possible so that they can make the long journey from The Faraway Fields.

We will also keep you updated as we go along so do look out for any emails from us informing you of how we getting on with your order. 

Delivery Restrictions

Sadly due to new EU GPSR regulations we are currently unable to ship to European destinations or to Northern Ireland. 

We are unable to deliver to the UAE or Portugal.
